We have recently made some facilities upgrades in order to better serve our clients, and now have the ability to do vinyl graphic fabrication in house. This gives us the ability to monitor every step of the manufacturing process, and offer faster turnaround times for our clients. Here’s a step by step look at what happens when you order from Maple Leaf:
Design
As soon as you give us a call, our team of design specialists will work with you to pick the perfect awning for your building. We have several shapes and styles available, and hundreds of colors and patterns to choose from. And now, if you send us a photograph, we can use our Awning Composer software to show you exactly how the finished product will look after installation
Manufacturing
Our new Graphtec-8600 graphic plotter allows us to do all of our custom awning graphics, logos, and lettering in-house, and heat treat them directly into the high quality Sunbrella fabric that we use for all of our custom awnings. We are the only central Arkansas awning and shade solution product manufacturer with an active Arkansas Commercial contractor’s license.
Installation
Once your awning has been built, the final step is installation. Our award-winning installers are committed to professionalism and customer service, and you can rest assured that your awning will be installed quickly, securely, and on your schedule.
